  • Community Resource Coordingator

    Northend Family Centre - Winnipeg, MB.

     

    To coordinate and deliver an individualized package of support services to program participants with the goal of helping them meet their life goals and overcome the challenges faced by poverty. Depending on the program participant, the various programs within the North End Family Centre will be used in administering the individualized plan. 

     

    The Community Resource Coordinator’s job will include coordinating assessments, access to social services, supportive counselling, and development of transitional plans, acquiring access to basic needs, pastoral and spiritual care, advocacy, and referrals.  The Community Resource Coordinator will occasionally assist in facilitating volunteers and spiritual care in the performance of their duties.
